I can't use relational combo but using lookup table property it works
What I want to know is...

Is it okay to use LOOKUP TABLE PROPERTY

Could you tell me what the difference is
(Between LOOKUP TABLE PROPERTY and  RELATIONAL COMBO)

The reason we avoid using lookup fields is that it often hides the actual values the table holds so that down the road, in reports and forms, you often won't see what you see in the table. Additionally, lookup fields can increase the risk of corruption of your database if not built on proper queries and tables and you don't have direct access to where the values are stored. Plus you always have to go back to the table if you want to change the lookup which can increase the risk of messing something in your tables up that you are using somewhere else.

Also, it is better to build a form and use combo boxes so that you are not letting end users have access directly to the tables as that adds significant risk of corruption or data loss if the people using it accidentally, for example, delete a column in the table or a record accidentally when they are just trying to change the value in a field. Forms give the database an extra layer of protection from unintended incidents.
