Is It Really Faster

I've asked this question many times, and the answer is always, not without a SQL Server. But here is a good place to be VERY specific.

The question: Look at the Form_Load at 9:40. Using an ACE backend, would that SELECT bring down the entire table, the FE then picks the record it needs from that big network data download, and you've hogged up the client memory with hundreds of thousands of records anyways? Or will ACE just send the one requested customer record? Without looking at all the network packets sent, how can we be sure of this?
