Security Warning still appears after writing the code.

Hello Tom

I think that's because you are in C: drive ?, Photos should be in User\Username\Pictures\Photos

Check and see if that has the mark of the web. If it's something you downloaded, right-click on the file and click on properties. Let me see what that looks like.

No, I didn't mean I wanted to see the link that you're trying to open. I want to see you right-click on that file in your Windows Explorer and show me what the properties window looks like.

If it's a downloaded file and you see the security warning that says the file came from another computer, it might be blocked, you're going to have to manually uncheck that box that says "unblock." Otherwise, it still might not open. That's just a Windows security feature, but that's usually only from files that you've downloaded from the internet.
