If i have a person in multiple interest groups,, how can i remove them from a particular interest group. For example Richard is in four interest groups on the sample DBase. How can I remove one of his interests. The Interest may be valid for others but for whatever reason Richard has lost interest in it. apologies if i am being stupid.

I have just noticed in addition to not being able to remove an interest from a Person record it is possible to add the same interest / family /club / company etc multiple times. Best Regards Alfred

You could add a Prevent Duplicates or check Duplicate Check
