I found a bug of sorts when using a textbox within an Access form. Although the textbox "Can Shrink" property was set to "Yes" and the "Can Grow" property was set for "Yes", it did not behave this way on screen. See the 2 links below:

The links state that the properties will only display properly in either Print Preview or Printing mode, not in Form View.
