I would like to see a section added for exercises.  In the database you can track which muscle group is used
- Pushups (arms)
- Situps (core)
- Squats (legs)
- Dumbbell Raises (arms)

Equipment Used
- Dumbbells
- Barbell
- Resistance Bands
- Treadmill
- etc.

Could even add pictures for the exercises.

Then have a workout builder that you can build exercise routines based on the exercises you have and keep track of your progress. (intensity, weight, reps, total volume, etc.)
- Full Body Workout
- Upper/Lower Split
- Push/Pull Split
- etc.
