I recently created a MemoPad in MS Access with a single (Long) field where I store everything I want to include in my email, along with the email template. My usual process is to copy the text from there and paste it into Outlook to send the email.

However, I recently changed the text format to Rich Text in both the table and the form in Access. I don't think the issue is with the rich text, but I stand to be corrected. Now, I’ve noticed an issue — when I copy paragraphs into the field (the spaces appear fine in MS Access), and then paste them into the email body in Outlook, the spaces between paragraphs disappear. This means I have to manually re-add the spaces to make the email more reader-friendly.

Interestingly, if I copy the text directly from the source into Outlook without using Access, everything works perfectly.

Does anyone have any recommendations or solutions to fix this? I’d really appreciate your help!
