I created a database that keep records of each customer coming to be assisted with different problems. my problem is that we serve more than 20 areas per day and by the end of the day or week all information collected must be updated to the Main Database without replacing. I use flash drive to copy Database and download to 20 laptop as we have areas to serve. At the end of the day I collected all information from 20 laptops using flash drive downloaded to the Main database but it replace instead of modifying the new records on the Main Database.
Let me make it clear, I have a database on one computer and I download to the flash drive and download to 20 laptop them people will go out using same database when they finish collecting individual information I must then copy all to the main database to update. but it does not updated instead replace. can you suggest me what to do. I don't have website as laptop doesn't have connection on website on the side. Sorry for long story I hope you will understand my problem

That's a common scenario. If you can get web access on the laptops you could use the techniques shown in my ACCESS WEB SYNCH SEMINAR.

You could do something similar with just two databases WITHOUT a web server. It would be a little more work, but it's certainly possible.
