Display Current Year for Employee Milestones

I'd like to display the current year for a calculated field in a nested IIF function for employee evaluation milestones. We have seasonal and permanent employees. For seasonals, we calculate progress reports at 30-day, 60-day, 90-day due from supervisors for the employees first year of service. For both seasonal and permanent employees, we calculate 120-day, 6 month and 12 months for the first year. Finally, for all employees with more than one year of service we calucate evaluations due once each year on the work anniversary.
I can write nested IIFs in a query based on the employees work anniversary for all the desired milestones, but not for the 12-month anniversary. I'm getting the year 12 months from their anniversary (eg. 2/22/2005, returns 2/22/2006), and I need the current year. I prefer not to display only the mm/dd and adding a text string isn't working well. How can I get a returned value for the current year please?
Thank you very much for any advice?

Hi Anna, thanks for elaborating on your scenario and for sharing the details of your current workaround - plus thanks to the Alexes (Alex's, Alexs'?) for the helpful links and suggestions already provided. It sounds like you need a way to pull in just the current year as part of your calculated field - if you're still running into issues after reviewing those resources, let us know what formula or expression you're currently trying?

Hello, thank you.

My work around snowballed into:

52Week: IIf(Year([HireRehireDate]) = Year(Date()),#4/1/2027#,IIf([UnionAffiliation]<>"M/C",IIf([ServiceInMos]>12,Month([HireRehireDate]) & "/" & Day([HireRehireDate]) & "/" & Year(Date()),[HireRehireDate]+365),#4/1/2026#)

It works for a monthly report for supervisors, for both seasonal and permanent employees across our union affliation rules and evaluation milestones. Phew!
