Connecting SQL Server Table to Access Front End

If I link a table from SQL Server example dbo.mytableT and it shows up in access as dbo_mytableT can I right click on it and change the name to mytableT and have it still be properly linked ?

Yes. I do this all the time. I think you kind of need to if it is an established database unless you want to spend several hours renaming any reference to your Tables and rebuilding your Queries..
