Started a new business in hiring out baby equipment. Using Excel, I was able to do 95% of what I needed, including invoices. But... wanted to use a data base. I opened and closed MS Access a number of times - nothing like Excel. After viewing some Youtube videos I came across 599Cd.. And I invested in the original 101 etc series.
Instead of following the tutorial, I started making up customer forms etc. By the last course/video, I was sort of proficient, but kept following the 599cd tutorials online. and some not from 599cd. Was able to do everything from Access, including using Outlook, Google maps, banking to local bank, schedule the day, kept stock, cleaning schedules the lot. Now I'm retired and have taken up 3d Printing. And wrote another database for that, into my main database called INFO, where I store all digital data. Personal invoices, even digital books and mp4 movies. Thank you Richard for opening a world of databases. PS How about a database for Android? Robert
