I liked that one as well.  Used it on all of my projects. Specifically the ones I often use with another running.

I've got five databases I use constantly throughout the day, and two or three others I open just in the morning or in the evening. I also open my fitness database all the time to track what I'm eating and my workouts.

I was so sick of having to kill Access all the time because one of them wasn't behaving, which is probably due to some stupid VBA loop or some memory issue that I caused. Now all my databases run in their own spaces, and I haven't had to kill one in a long time.
