File Does Not Display

This Code always worked!
Text Field: Document2 = c:\Excel-Data\Ticker.xlsx
Button Code = Application.FollowHyperlink Document2
Now it does not.
Is there a problem in access???

When you say that it worked and now it does not, that doesn't really help. What exactly is it doing? Is it giving you an error message, or is nothing happening? We need more information to go on. Please be more specific. See Rule #2.

Did you change a folder's location, name or the file's name? Does Excel open the file? Does "Info" in Excel Options show the path that you think it is in Access? First trouble shooting steps first.

No error message and nothing happens on button click. I have this in a different app, same problem. Excel opens file. Excel Options File Path: C:\EXCEL-DATA\Ticker.xlsx

Try hard coding it to see if this works: `Application.FollowHyperlink "C:\EXCEL-DATA\Ticker.xlsx"` What does that do? And I know you probably already tried this, but give your PC a RESTART too. Sometimes weird stuff can happen if you don't reboot in a while. Don't do a shutdown... do an actual Windows Restart.

Thanks Richard, that worked on a TickBtn Control. In my Ticker Form where it's downloading and updating Ticker file, TickerBtn.SetFocus TikerBtn_Click I needed to add " Sleep 100 " I guess it was just going to fast. Thanks again Werner
