Guys - Needing help - Is this even possible?

I have a job that has 5 sites to the job. And each site has a different location number.
Start of the job I will have 5 locate numbers ALL DIFFERENT. And the locate number last for 2 weeks.
Some sites will finish and don't need another locate number.
At that time I have to update the locate number of the ones not finished and it will get assigned a new location number.
What I am wanting to do is when I open LocateF in a new form. I pick the site and it auto populates the information of the site that is not complete into the new form so I can assign it with a new number.

Information that will stay the same are:

JobID
Site
Latitude
Longitude
Cross Street
Actual Address
Direction
Instruction
Remark
High Priority
Locator On Site

Information that will change the same are:

Locate number
Work Date
Update By
Expire Date

Any help will be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

There are several ways you could accomplish this depending on how you setup your tables and queries.

The information associated with your JobID should be automatic, if your tables are setup correctly.

Another method is to use DLOOKUP, which Rick has several video's on this.

Hope this helps.
