since most of the examples given are intended for stand alone programs...i was wondering can MS Access capable of
online interaction? without using other language to interact with the database like Php-Mysql did?..i mean, can we put .MDB to the cloud then create ms access front end module to connect with that DB? so i could have an "Online Ms Access system?"

Yes, it's possible, but it's not quite that easy. You can put an MDB on your web site, set up some permissions, and then create ASP pages that utilize that data. I cover this in my Web Database Seminar. You can also use Sharepoint to host your tables and connect directly to it with an Access database front-end.
