Following Richard with setup of this template, Locations form ok, Categories or CategoryF- the input part of the form is not visible, only the name at the top and the record counter at the bottom. Makes it rather difficult to enter category(ies). Item and issue forms are totally visible and input is ok with these. How do I get Category to function as it should? Tried to post a screen shot but went somewhere but not here, my bad!
