Quick Access Toolbar

It's pretty straightforward stuff. From left to right, obviously, we have the Save button, Undo and Redo, Design View, a button for SQL View, Run Query, Datasheet View, Form View, Format Painter, Print Preview, and Open the Visual Basic Editor, which just opens generically wherever it happens to be.

View Code only works if you're already in Design View, and that's why I made the next one, which is the one we made in this video: Open Current Form Module.

The one that looks like a little projector screen is Open Main Menu. I covered that one in the TechHelp Free Template video. It literally just opens the MainMenuF. It's another macro.

The one that looks like a little camera opens my membership list in my database. The little magnifying glass opens a search form. Again, another macro that runs a button. I have a search form in most of my databases.

The one that looks like a little person is my Open Bot button. I use it for all my OpenAI prompts. I call them bots. I've got a little bot table and form, and buttons all over my database to do different AI-related things, so that opens that one. I think I covered that in the OpenAI Buttons videos too.

All pretty standard stuff.
