Hi Lynda Are you using non US regional settings ? To check if this is the problem change your regional settings to US date time and see if it then works. I had the same problem and it turns out you need to enclose the MaxOfDateTime with a US Format I.E. Format([MaxOfDateTime],"mm/dd/yyyy hh:nn:ss") & "#" It should now work with your local regional settings.
