Firstly I have created a form (Named: Process Check list). with several tick function. This process check list has many has a number of sections and the it can be weeks between each section takes place. I have created a save function to store the data which works fine.

The Issue I'm having is retrieving this information. I need to retrieve the information at the point it was last complete. E.g. if sections 1 and 2 were completed in November then saved how do I bring back this information in the view of a form in December. I know I can view and alter the data as a table but I need it as a form. Ideally i need a button that and a search box where I can enter a unique ID number then click this button to populate the process check list. Please let me know if this makes sense.

Liam you would just need to bind the Table to a Form.
Check out Access Beginner Level 1 which shows you how to create a Table, Query, Form, Report etc.
Once you've done this check back and we can go through searching.
