Im trying to set up a database whereby i have several people working for one company. i want to select a worker and relate him/her to a particular company, this is over several companies do i need a junction table i am only as far as expert 1 am i being too ambitious

Are they only going to belong to 1 company? What do you mean over several? You could just have a CompanyID in the WorkerT and put in the CompanyID into that
