Nope. I did figure out a work around. I have multiple displays (3). I found a site that discussed issues that Access has with multiple display setups. They recommended that I set (form property) Auto Center = yes. That fixed the shift of the left shutter bar and the form doesn't disappear off screen (which is why I could see it, or access it.) Not sure if that is the correct work around because I am new and I don't know what auto center is supposed to do. Thanks. Elizabeth

AutoCenter is exactly what it says, auto centre it or put the form in the middle of the screen.
