I noticed the "Themes" dropdown button is not usable for me (greyed out). In fact, the "Colors" and "Fonts" dropdowns on the Themes ribbon are also greyed out. Do you think there might be missing files I have to download to use these features? I'm using Access 2010 on a company laptop.
