I'm going to TRY to get Lesson 5 recorded tomorrow, but I've got an appointment in the afternoon, so we'll see. I hate giving estimates because I never know what might pop up. Remember, folks, I'm a one-man band. If something unexpected pops up, I've got to handle it myself. Pros and cons of working for one's self. :)
I was putting together the outline for Lesson 5 this morning, and I've decided that I'm going to hold off on Multi-Select List Boxes until the next class: Developer 15. There's just a LOT to cover, and it may require more than one lesson. I haven't covered them at all in this series, and I want to do it right. You also need background in how to programmatically control the data in an unbound list box. So... I am going to record one more lesson for D14. We're going to work on the Group and Person boxes and set up the related forms.
I may include Recordsets in this database too. Haven't decided that one yet. You CAN do everything we need to do in the POS database using just SQL, but Recordsets make things a lot cleaner and faster.
