I just installed Updater using your blank customer database. I set up an admin folder, a remote folder and a user folder. Everything worked perfectly. My next test will be on one of my own databases.

One thing that struck me was that if my wife was using this and she got the yellow/red panel, then by the time she realised it was happening it would do the update. It would make her feel alarmed at something odd happening.
Yes, I know it is all about training, but she would be thrown by it. Although it will have been explained to her she might not see it happen for some time. By then she will probably have forgotten about the training. I think it would be better if the update screen waited for a positive or negative response from the user before continuing. You could have an option for it to await confirmation or do what it does now.
