Theres a section above called  Database Files, if you click on the link below that Database File ACCDB it contains the sample db built in the Seminar.

They're not stupid questions. You just have to get familiar with the site, that's all. Don't worry about it. That's what these discussion forums are all about, and why I wanted to make sure they were on almost EVERY page of my site - so people can ask questions wherever and whenever they need to.
