Single check per middle of page

I am using the check register template from the CHECK REGISTER seminar.  Its going along just fine but when I go to print checks it does not allow me to print one per page, where the check is in the middle of each page.  Is there anything I can do to help me correct this problem?

Can you put one blank record in front of it?

Hmm... we don't print checks that way here. We do it that way in the Mailing Label seminar. You just add the records to a table to be printed. This way you can print multiple copies of a specific label, or leave blank labels for a page. I didn't think this would be an issue for printing checks. If I get some free time, I'll make an addendum lesson. If you're in a hurry, check out the Mailing Label Seminar. Same concept.

I have no way to make changes to this template or I could fix it myself.
Is the Mailing Label Seminar the same way as far as a template that I can not modify???
Thanks
Tim

Only the free sample template is locked. The full template and/or the seminar databases are ACCDB files you can modify as much as you want. It's just that the technique shown in that seminar is what you need for printing labels (or checks in this case) by leaving blanks.

I am feeling like an idiot, are these ACCDB files  and templates available to me and if they are just how might I get them.

The Mailing Label Seminar and Template are both available for purchase, yes. The former comes with the instructional videos explaining how everything was built. The latter does not (you have to figure it out on your own).

I'm not sure which files you found, but the FREE sample databases you can download should be ACCDE files that are not editable. You should only get the ACCDB files once you paid for the template. Unless I goofed, in which case enjoy! LOL

And Tim, please use the blue REPLY TO THIS CONVERSATION box to continue this thread. You keep posting in the orange "Start a NEW Conversation" box and I have to keep moving your posts. :)
