An additional fix to the order entry system would be to the order detail archive process. Now that the unit price and product name are part of the order detail table. We need to add those additional fields to the OrderDetailArchive table as well. The archive will fail if the table is not updated as the AppendOrderDetailArchive query uses the star to bring in all fields and the archive table wouldn't have matching fields.
Yep. Good catch. One of the problems with building a system like this is that it's designed to be a TEACHING database, so there's a lot of "real world" stuff that I don't always show in class.
