The Web Database Seminar is old. Most of it is still relevant, and works, but it does need an update. I used FrontPage for the web editor. Neither it, nor its successor (Expression Web) are available anymore, but the editor that you use doesn't matter. Everything in the course is just plain ASP and HTML. You could use Notepad if you really wanted to. The ASP is all valid. I do use an Access MDB file to connect to. Again, while that still WORKS, it's not the best thing to do today. Now I recommend using SQL Server. I'm going to be updating this seminar very soon (hopefully this summer) to use the newer technology.
