For my transcript reports, I do not want the attendees name to show on every line but of course they are related to the dates. How do I just show their name once and dates of activities, credits and provider information separately? Or is it better to use a form to develop transcripts?

If you're making a report, create a sorting and grouping level for each attendee.

You have grouping options inside of reports, are you able to group by the attendee?

Yes, although I admit to being a little confused. Not sure what it all means, "do not keep group together on one page", is that what I want?

That indicates whether or not you want to keep the entire group together on one page, or if it's OK for some of the records in the group to spill onto the next page. That video will give you the basics. I cover this in detail in Access Expert 12.
