My office uses Google Calendar to make appts for my patients. . Is there a way to make an appointment directly into the calendar using the info from access. This is so we can have their contact, email, alternate contact in Google in case we have to reschedule in an emergency.
We will also have a data of all their appointments in access as a bonus.


This will help immensely so the staff does not have to come to work to access the records in the DB . We have had to close few times due to Covid exposure and it's always a challenge to send someone in to work to reschedule patients. If we hv it in Google then we can reschedule from home. Entering the info in Google calendar is too time consuming and driven with typos.
