I have watched and customized what I learned with the Tech Help for AutoText. I got it to work fine with plain text but not with rich text. Is there a work around to do the same functionality for rich text as there is with plain text. Apparently the underling rich text formatting messes things up. Thanks.

Have you also changed the TextFormat to RichTect in the tables? Any HTML encoding will have to be removed manually.

I haven't tried it with Rich Text. What's it doing?

As a gold member, I have downloaded the access database but upon getting to the correct screen there was no combobox where I can choose the input. What am I doing wrong?
