Nice tech help, thank you. I am trying to do the sub form with label technique you showed us at the end of ext. cut, okay so far but when I move from record to record I can't Requery, I have to click the label again, I put subform.Requery on form current event but somehow it's not working, what did I do wrong

Without seeing what you have / did it's impossible to guess what you should do / did wrong. Are you getting any errors?
The only advice I can give you is watch the video again.

Rather than play 20 questions, it is often helpful if you post screen shots of your form, code behind it, etc that would help us visualize what you are doing.

You can upload screen shots via the original post in the upper right hand corner.

no errors, as you can see HQPL is the label, when i move to another record with navigation the list is not updated, i had to click the label again

I'll bet something is spelled wrong.
