When developer makes a list box as in the reward list box and setting setting it to 0 so there is no default, the problem: when end-user highlights any option, it can no longer be 0. Is there a way so end-user can have nothing selected?

A list box can be "blank" to start up say in a new record. Unfortunately once you select an item from the list box there isn't any easy to clear the selections. You best option would be to put a "None" selection in the box and then use that value to handle the criteria for your needs. There are other options if you know some VBA.

Yeah, clearing the selected value from the list box requires one line of VBA: `MyListBox = 0` That assumes the bound column (ID) is based on an AutoNumber.
