After calculating the commission and then clicking "Log to Commission Table", I get an enter parameter value box for Notes if I didn't enter a note. On the video, you didn't get that message with the Notes field blank. My code for the docmd.runsql statement matches exactly. Is there a way to prevent the parameter value box with the Notes field blank. Thank you, Bob
