Hi Rick,

is there a way to have multiple schedules dates for each appointments? I have a drywall service where most of the appointments are set for two or more days. I would like to be able to pick 3 different days for each service and show them in the MonthlyCalendarF. for example: a drywall repair service that will take 3 days, Day1 11/09/21, Day2 11/12/21 and day3 11/14/21. Is this possible?

Richard Rost covers setting appointments in very good detail in the Appointments TechHelp videos.
To really access ( pardon the pun) the power of Access on this one you really need to become a Gold Member.

In that Calendar Seminar, to show the dates on individual days, no, you have to make separate appointments. I am planning on upgrading this seminar in the near future and I will show a technique for handling that problem. It's a lot more advanced and does require some VBA, but it works.
