I was wondering if anyone is aware of a lesson/seminar that might help with the following. I have a subform with a calculated total field. I would like to have Access take this totaled value and put it into a query or table field so I can use it in a report with other fields from the same table or query. I am having difficulty trying to figure out how to get this value to a query. All the line items I have are in the table I am using for the subform but I need the total from this subform.  I think it would be similar to a calculated invoice total being used to prepare an invoice. I guess the issue is - is it possible to take a value from a form to populate a query or table?
