I tried that, it maybe because of the text is numbers?....it is a text field with 11-13 and other numbers. see my attachment everthing gets red...even the value that shouldnt.

these are DNA test results: STRs (short tandem repeats) and the mode for our family group is 11-13 and I want to have any value that is not 11-13 red. PS 11 repeats coupled with 13 repeats for DSY Marker 385

Geez, there was a space before each of the numbers, I have to "trim" and it works....
