Automatically Output a Report
Edward Mastoloni

I would like to be able to email a customer a statement with a button.  I want it to generate the statement (which is a report), then automatically create an email (addressed a field called E-mail1 on the customer record) and then have it automatically add some text to the body of the email, and attach the pdf file created in the first 2 steps.  I have watched the lessons about creating emails (https://youtu.be/s-Z0LHgipVE) and others but nothing quite like this.  Apparently exactly what I am trying do is covered in the "Extended Cut" version of this video (https://youtu.be/s-Z0LHgipVE).  Can you please direct me to this extended cut video or another lesson in my MYLOP Course library.

If you want the extended cut you'll need to become a member, Memberships Which I would strongly recommend if you are planning on using access long term, tons of good stuff in there.

As for the emailing stuff, a lot of that is covered in great detail in the e-mail seminar, you may want to check that out too.

Hi Adam.  Can you tell me where it is in my course library or the name of the course as it would appear in my course library (i.e. Access Expert 10 or something like that)

Do you not need DEVELOPER PLUS from MYOLP for TechHelps to be included?

I clicked that and still get prompted to buy the course.  Isn't this somewhere in the library of all the courses I am enrolled in or is this something I would have to also buy?

Tech helps do not appear in your course library, you need to use the search function to get to them. If you click here Send Email it will take you right to that tech help video, if you want a list of all the available tech helps to go through, you can find that Here

Now the e-mail seminar would be in your course library if you had that.

Oh it appears Alex is correct, Tech Helps are part of the Developer Plus package, so you would need to purchase at least a silver membership for the tech help extended cuts.

Ahhh...okay so this video is NOT included in my Developer Package.  I need to buy a membership to TechHelp.  Is that correct?

Correct, the silver membership will get you access to all of those videos extended cuts that I linked here Access TechHelp (tons) and the gold membership will get you access to the code vault and the template downloads if you wish.

Yeah, sorry for the confusion, Edward. The TechHelp videos are separate. Some people want just those. Some people want just the courses. Some people want both. So I try to have a membership option for everyone.
