Calendar Help
Mark Desens

Hi to the developer students. I am asking for little help. I purchased the calendar seminar and I did all the steps and it is working great. Now I had to change the calendarT to fit our nonprofit. The only fields I kept was date, closed and appttime. I included other fields such as what shift the person wants to work and if it is their primary or are they filling in. I need help doing vba code to fill in using primary or fill. For example one person will choose Monday and it will be their primary shift then they should only fill it in one time and have all Monday being filled in automatically. If someone chooses Thurday's then they just fill in just once and all thursday's need to be filled with that one person. Now if someone chooses fill for let's say Wednesday then it is only for that Wednesday. I saw under techhelp to post here and get help. So now I am.

Hello Mark, if you're looking to have someone build that part for you I can probably do that. It doesn't sound like much. If you want to e-mail me at [email protected] we can discuss what you want done and cost.

If you're looking to try to build it yourself and just want some tips, can you explain more what "have all Monday be filled in automatically means? Are you saying you want nobody else to be able to make an entry for that Monday then? Or that they would be assigned to a multitude of Mondays?

I think he's looking for recurring appointments, which I may add to the next edition of this seminar... at some point.
