Hi, I created 3 related list Boxes StateListBox, CityListBox and ZipListBox It works but a little rough, so here I am.
First, I need to empty the ZipListBox when I select a different State. In addition, I am not sure how to let the user add a new city or Zip if one is needed. Should I use 1 form to precede the update? I did this with related combo boxes but having a little difficulty with List Boxes.
The tables are now related properly with referential integrity.
Simply put - the user selects a State and the Cities in that State populate the CityListBox and that in turn populates the ZipListBox with the zipcodes for each city.

Cascading Combo Boxes As for adding records, I like to use an Inputbox with a Recordset if it is only a single field that needs to be added. InputBox is covered in Developer 3 See Developer 18 for adding and Editing records using a Recordset.

John I know it is counter intuitive but you want to put in your zip code then have that populate city and state. As a former mailer for over 19 years, believe me it will save you tons of time. Get the ZIP Code Lookup Template !!! Worth it's weight in coffee but since you are a LC member you get an even better value.
