Hi, The subform is retaining the info from the previous main menu session. I've tried multiple things in the on close and unload events to clear the form. When the main menu is reopened, the last name that was clicked in the tree remains in the subform. Thank you, Bob
I'm not getting that behavior, Bob. I just downloaded a fresh copy, and mine always shows Geordi no matter who I clicked on last. Of course, a simple solution to this is to set the visible property for the subform object to FALSE, and then in the EmployeeTree_NodeClick code put:
EmployeeF.Visible = True
Problem solved. Doesn't matter who you clicked on before you closed the form. You won't see anyone until someone clicks a node. :)
