This is what I'm looking for and was not in the suggested Subforms you provided.  if it's a paid lesson I will be glad to pay for it.

The methodology is covered in the Vehicle Maintenance extended cut.  Labels are just on the side vs the top.

The original demonstration of the technique Richard showed us in the ABCD - Access Business & Contact Database I believe Core 3.

Before deciding to buy that series, be aware of all the cautions and pre-requsites listed on that page.  You need to have a VERY strong understanding of Access. It's very VBA intensive and not for the beginner.  There isn't any Tech Support if you run into problems.
