Blank Form with Current Record

Hey all, Am slowly working through the classes, and tinkering here and there.

What i would like to know how do i make a button that opens a another blank form with the currently selected record id.

Context:
I have a continuous form with my primary job information in it (CustomerT basically) and i want to be able to select a record, click a button to open a different form to add an update entry related to this RecordID with out having to type the RecordID in again.

This is probably simple, but my brain hurts atm, cannot make head or tails of it.

Thanks Kevin. Strangely enough was watching the CRM video and I was actually up to the part I was looking for ironically.

OK question along the same lines. I got set default to work for that part, but i am trying to do exactly the same thing on another form and it won't pull the value. I can get it to pull to an Unbound Text field just not bound one. Even tho the one i did on the other form was a Bound field. Am i missing something?

Ok, work it out.... form had to be in data entry mode and it worked no issues. Is this right ?

OK well the other form has No in data entry and it works, so umm I am confused

Sorry for the delay in reading this, Tyrell. Still having a problem? If so, I'm not quite sure what you mean. Can you elaborate?
