Hi, I am working on a patient database and need a histogram to show how many patients that died were reviewed or not. A patient can have more than 1 procedure. When they have more than 2 reviewed procedures, they show up twice. I have tried different variation of an aggregate queries- with errors. Basically, I want to filter the first eligible case reviewed as 1 assessed death but if none of the cases were reviewed it would be 1 not assessed. Is there a formula that can be added to the aggregate query?
