I ran into an issue when sending a text message in Access.  I have T-Mobile and the suffix is correct.  I have another user who has Verizon.  I am sending some fields based on a form in access has text message.  I am getting all of the fields in my text message, but the Verizon user is not getting all of the fields.  He is getting the text message. But not all fields.

Which fields are missing?
Donna Ferreira
Below is what fields I get:

He is missing the following:
PT: Joe Smith

Any Ideas?

NOTE FROM RICK: I edited this to replace what looked like patient data. Please be careful posting things like this in the future.

Donna, it might be better to anonymise your data before posting

So is it always missing the last 4 fields?

Could it be a length limit?
Donna Ferreira
Alex, my data is test data, not real data.  I have an android phone and the user that is having an issue has Iphone 11.  I am also wondering if it is related to how many lines of text the Iphone can  receive.  There is something different between the 2 phones and how they receive SMS messages from access.
Alex Hedley
Have you tried copying the text and sending it manually from your phone to their phone?
Richard Rost
iPhone = All Alex. I'm out. :)
