Hi Richard, I am hoping you can help me out. I followed your video on "Contact Management (CRM) for Customers in Microsoft Access Database Template, Followups, Subform" mainly to understand how to track contact with customers, I can't add the ContactF as a sub form due to the lack of space. Instead I would like a button that takes me to the contact form which I figured out, however the Contact info entered in the contact form is not syncing with the customer. In other words if I enter a description with notes in the Contact form those notes show up for every customer when I click on my phone log button. Can you help?

Go watch Value From a Form

You will need to place the Customer ID in the default for the CustomerID.

Also take a look at the Form Resize in the extended cut.
That would give you the ability to grow and shrink your form when the Contacts are needed.

OR you could place the contact Subform down below vertically. It doesn't have to be out to the side. You can scroll down to get to the contacts.

There are lots of ways of doing things. Just pick the right one for you.
