Recurring Income Opportunity

I received this via email from Joe Richardson over at Access Database Cloud. He has a customer in need of some database assistance. I don't know her, but I told Joe I'd post this for him to pass it on to any of you who may be interested:

---

A business owner reached out to me and I thought you might be interested in her project and thought you might have the skills needed to help her modernize it.

Her late husband built an Access database over 20 years ago and it needs some adjustments.  He built it in Access 2003 and it uses an MDW file for security.  He also used SageKey to package and deploy it so it makes some registry changes.  She needs it to be fixed so it will install and run on modern versions of Access and on modern versions of Windows as well as on Windows Server.

She has had hundreds of customers over the years.  She is offering the right developer a percentage of her sales for a few years as payment, instead of paying you for your work immediately.

If you would like to take a look at her project please contact Diane.

This is a great chance for recurring income from this project so I hope you'll take a look at it.

Good Morning,
I develop ACCESS applications and databases for my client a manufacturer in the suburbs of Chicago.  This ranges from custom application to data mining and reporting from their ERP system.  I would be happy to take a look at your project.
