The label you created in Word was really cool. Just a little side note if you were to create it in Paint 3D, it does support a transparent background.

Does that transparent background carry through to Access when you copy and paste it? That was the problem, because Word, Excel, and PowerPoint allow you to specify a transparent background, but you can't screen cap that and paste it with the transparency.

I just tried with both MS Paint and HyperSnap. Both allow you to make a selection with a transparent background. Once you copy and paste it to Access, however, you lose that transparency. I think it's an Access limitation.

No, I had to save it as a PNG then insert into Access as an image.

Oh OK, so that might work. Lemme try that with Paint...

It seems like there's no easy way to just simply make all the white pixels transparent in Paint 3D, unless I'm missing something. The "Magic Select" seems like a lot of work.

I inserted the shape, resized the border, set the solid back color and rotated the shape to the required angle.
Then I entered the text, rotated it to the same angle as the shape and positioned it over the shape.
Next I resized the canvas and set the canvas to transparent. Magic Select wasn't needed.
