Database Reconstruction

Hi Richard,

Im in the process of updating my database and Im seeking your advice on how to upgrade my database.  I have a small-size company and it is growing so before I get in deep, I want to reconstruct my database.  I run an Independent Contract Agents Call Center.  I have Agents and a Serving Contractors I would like to keep separate but merge and enter data only once.  When I enter the data, of the agent it fills all agent information when I enter the data for the servicing agent and I need these tables to link together and be able to make changes and update.  The tables would be AgentT, ServcingContractT, InvoiceT, when I invoice, I use 1099 so I would like to keep track for the end of the year.  I have fees to deduct and well).  timesheet, EmailT, and CertificationTrainingT, I have EmailMod, GlobalMod . I have some other things but I think Im just going to attach them to the agent account.  I also want to attach the agent information to the account and then they can access certain information about the certification the contracts, invoicing and any other documents that they would need, thats what I was thinking of attaching to the account. Something like what you use with your student that subscribes to you except that I have a call center.  I hope Im not confusing I know what I need I hope I explained it right.  It will be attached to my website anything to point me in that direction.  When they go to my web page they will log in to their own account.  See things on the certification, contacts, or any other documents they need dot to see what classes I need to watch are quick videos I need to watch to set this up.  Thanks

This seems like something super customized, I'm not sure there is one video to answer your questions.

Sounds like you want Relationships and Access Security Seminar at the least if I'm reading right. Although I don't know your skill level, all I can see is you're on the beginner lessons, this could require a lot more videos depending on your knowledge.

When you say go to your web page, will the web page be interacting with the database too then? You will need ASP as well?
