I was curious since we made an IIF for this field, if it were possible to also add in a conditional format to a field?
For example, I would have my IIF function be IIF(IsPaid,"Paid","Unpaid"). IF it says unpaid, then the format would change to red color text or something like that?
I was also curious about this when doing the report for paid, unpaid, and quotations.

Sure, it's even simpler in conditional formatting. Just do an "expression is" and say IsPaid=True then select the color you want to happen, make a second rule for IsPaid=False
